Are you a consignment store?
No, we're a non-profit organization, we accept donations only.

What do you accept?

Do you repair donated items?
No.

Where and when can we drop off donations?
38 Sioux Road at our back door from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Do you do pickups?
No.

Do you give charitable donation receipts?
No, we're a non profit organization operating for the benefit of the community, not a charity therefore, we do not give receipts.

Where does the money go?
The County Clothes-Line Foundation Board disperses the money semi-annually in support of other Strathcona County non-profit organizations.

Do you help people in need?
Yes, clients referred from local agencies such as A Safe Place, Strathcona Food Bank, Social Service etc. shop free at our store.

What do you do with your excess goods?
All clothing and small household items that are clean and in good repair are picked up twice a week and taken to Edmonton's inner city organizations, such as Hope Mission, Bissel Centre, Herb Jamieson Centre, Youth Emergency Centre etc.
